(LEASES CAN BE RENEWED IF MANAGER DECIDES YOU ARE WORTHY OF THE RENEWAL)
- ONE BACKS OUT OF GROUP ALL BACK OUT AND MONIES ARE LOST
- IF YOU TURN OFF UTILITIES EARLY BEFORE LEASE ENDS DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED
- UTILITIES MUST BE TURNED ON ONE WEEK BEFORE MOVE IN DATE
(IF NOT YOUR MOVE IN DATE WILL BE MOVED BACK ONE DAY FOR EVERY DAY YOUR LATE TURNING ON UTILITIES)
- DEPOSIT MONIES ARE REFUNDED UPON MOVE OUT CONDITION OF HOME AND YARD MINUS MATERIAL AND LABOR FOR REPAIRS
- ALL DAMAGES MUST BE FIXED – REPAIRED BY OUR MAINTENANCE MAN, AT TIME OF DAMAGE FOUND OR ADVISED AND PAID NET 7 DAYS FROM INVOICE (DEPOSIT IS NOT USED FOR THESE DAMAGES)
- YARDS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND ACTIVITIES MUST BE KEPT ABOVE REPROACH
- NOT PERMITTED ON ANY ROOF AT ANY TIME
- NO PALLETS ARE PERMITTED IN OR OUT OF HOUSE
- NO FIRE PITS OR FIRES ARE PERMITTED ON PROPERTY
- FIREPLACES CANNOT BE USED
