- No pest infestations or signs of rodents.
Bathroom Inspection
- Toilets, sinks, and showers are working properly.
- No leaks or water damage.
- Mirrors and fixtures are clean and intact.
- Exhaust fans and vents are operational.
Outdoor Area (If Applicable)
